Missouri Basketball Coaches Association All-State Teams
The following players were selected to the Class 5 All-State team by a panel of representative coaches from each geographic region of Missouri. Coaches did NOT have to be a member of the association for their players to be selected for this honor.

These teams were selected by Coaches that represent the eight Missouri State High School Activities Association (MSHSAA) Districts.
