Mentor

Must be an MBCA Member
Must have 5 years of head coaching experience or retired
Must be willing to meet once per month (7 months) via phone, zoom, or in person including a group Zoom meeting on October 2, 2022.

Mentee

Must be an MBCA Member
Must have 3 or less years in current position (either in new location or coaching level)
Must be willing to meet once per month (7 months) via phone, zoom, or in person including a group Zoom meeting on October 2, 2022.

Free copy of The Coach’s Season by Jason Fry for each participant.
